You must have a valid Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Backpack) to participate in games.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised or lost private keys.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You may not use Last Click if you are located in a jurisdiction where such activities are prohibited or restricted.

One account per person. Multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent restrictions will result in immediate termination.

Last Click is a Solana-based gaming platform where players compete in 'last click' survival games.

The platform allows users to create lobbies, join games, and compete for prizes in SOL (Solana's native cryptocurrency).

All transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed.

We provide the platform infrastructure, but do not control the Solana network or blockchain technology.

Game outcomes are determined by blockchain transactions and smart contracts, which cannot be altered once executed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful activities.

Prohibited activities include: cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated bots or scripts, manipulating transactions, money laundering, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws.

You may not attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the platform's security, integrity, or functionality.

You may not create false identities, impersonate others, or provide misleading information.

You may not use the platform to transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

Collusion, teaming, or any form of coordinated gaming that gives unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings or funds.

All transactions on Last Click are executed on the Solana blockchain using SOL cryptocurrency.

Entry fees, winnings, and payouts are processed automatically through smart contracts on the Solana network.

Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have sufficient SOL balance and for paying any applicable network fees (gas fees).

Winnings are automatically distributed to the winner's wallet address immediately after game completion.

We do not process refunds for entry fees once a game has started, except in cases of technical errors on our part.

All transactions are subject to the Solana network's fees and processing times, which we do not control.

Each game has specific rules outlined in the lobby description and game interface.

Players compete by being the last to 'chicken out' (exit the game).

The last remaining player wins the entire prize pool.

Game outcomes are final and determined by blockchain transaction confirmations.

We reserve the right to cancel or void games in cases of technical errors, fraud, or violations of these terms.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported within 24 hours of game completion.

Decisions made by our automated systems are final, though we may review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

All content, design, software, and technology on Last Click are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

The Last Click name, logo, and branding are trademarks that may not be used without authorization.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit (e.g., profile information, usernames), but grant us a license to use it in connection with the platform.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.

Last Click is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from: blockchain network issues, wallet failures, transaction failures, price volatility, or user error.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of SOL and any winnings may fluctuate significantly.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in entry fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that blockchain technology and cryptocurrency are experimental and may involve risks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Last Click, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the platform.

Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

Your violation of any third-party rights.

Any transactions you initiate or participate in.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Last Click at any time, with or without cause or notice.

You may stop using the platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

Upon termination: your right to use the platform immediately ceases, any pending transactions will be processed according to blockchain confirmations, and you remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination.

Termination does not affect any games in progress, which will complete according to normal game mechanics.

Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may delete or retain your account data at our discretion, subject to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Last Click operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
